apparently, if you want to see the difference you have to weigh on the same time of the day and keep the intervals between the weighings the same

I put on some weight last year but im glad to say that i lost 7KG in about 7 weeks, I can actually fit in my clothes now and Alhamdulellah im very pleased but i must keep my weight this way otherwise I will have to use your way (picture) :oS

Hmmmmmmmmmm cheating? No way - very clever I'd say. Besides who cares about the number on the scale? Who determines that value as significant? I would think being healthy is of far greater importance than a mere number on a scale.
