Color IS GOOD!

Maxine's recent doctor visit
Yesterday I went to the doctor for my yearly physical. My blood pressure was high, my cholesterol was high, I'd gained some weight, and I didn't feel so hot. My doctor said eating right doesn't have tobe complicated and it would solve my physicalproblems. He said just think in colors...Fill your plate with bright colors... greens, yellows, reds, etc.

I went right home and ate anentire bowl of :

And sure enough, I felt better immediately. I never knew eating right could be so easy.

you've to watch your blood pressure ibee its necessory to do it
there are many things you can do it to lower it
about the colours hahah I'll tell you some thing
bananas ,apricots,figs,currants
those are potassium rich food. potassium encourage your body to get ride of excess fluid in the cells which has an impact on bl.pressure
and I'm sure blogging,meet friends,walk,a long hot bath all of that will cut it out, can take to bring down high blood pressure.

IBEE you need to look out for ur self !!!!! and M&M's are so irresistible but you have to watch your health and i doubt the doc meant colors as M&M's but more in the sense of fruits and vegs

I was eating my gummi bears last night as a matter of fact . . .there was pineapple, cherry, lime, orange, and lemon . . . All I needed was some yogurt dip and I would have had the perfect fruit salad!! Miss you!!

LOL@Maxine being colored blind---that's a good one. I don't think her dog is though....LOL I've heard the sweets and trouble of sleeping at night pertain to men, not ladies....LOL We sleep like babies. ;-)
